How are our meals packed and shipped?
All Doggie Bag Café meals are carefully packed in our tightly sealed, weatherproof cooler and are kept frozen with gel packs/dry ice. The cooler is then shipped via UPS at a Flat Fee of $19.95 plus a $5.00 handling charge for packaging.
How long does delivery take?
Orders will usually ship to arrive within 2-3 business days. Express delivery is available for an additional charge of $29.95 per address.

Do I need to be home to receive the meals?
No. UPS will leave the cooler for you in our tightly sealed, weatherproof cooler. The meals will be safe and frozen until you get home. It is always best if you are home of course, so you can put all the delicious Doggie Bag Café Meals in your freezer.
What if my order arrives on time but the gel packs/dry ice is melted?
If your order arrives on time, but the dry ice has melted, don’t be alarmed. As long as the food is still "refrigerator cold"
to the touch, your order can be safely placed in the freezer with
no impact on the quality. If you’re not sure, call Customer Service at (305) 710-7266

We ship only in the continental United States. We Do Not Ship
to PO Boxes...
We DO Combine Orders, but our Doggie Bag Café Meals must be shipped frozen separate from our fresh baked cakes and treats.
